A Church with a never changing Message to an ever changing World!

We're now in the 8th month of 2008. What a busy year we have had. This month our Youth head back to school along with the teachers and other school personnel. Please take time to remember these folks in your prayers. Our Youth are a very important part of our church for they are the Sunday School teachers, youth leaders, song leaders, piano players and even preachers of our future. We celebrate their accomplishments throughout the year, but especially this month, we want to recognize them for the part they already have in our congregation. They are our most faithful attendees. If you claculated the attendance of our youth, you would see almsot perfect attendance. They may be small in number but they are faithful and they are willing to participate and help where needed. So much of this month's bulletin will be devoted to the Youth who are here regularly on Sundays and Wednesdays and who are learning and growing in the ways of the Lord. We should strive to be more like them. Even God mentions in Mark, that we should all be as little children. Never under-estimate the power of a child or the influence of a child of God.

A couple of months ago, a truck driver stopped by our church and left a note. This note was shared with us during one of our services. The following is the name and address of the man who felt led to stop by our church and ask for prayer for himself and his family. Use this opportunity to drop this man a note, card or letter letting him know he is in our thoughts and prayers.
