We had 12 in attendance for the Mother/Daughter Bouquets of Blessings Brunch. 
The Teen Girls did a great job preparing and serving the food and wanted to share the recipes with you.

1 can crescent rolls | 
8-12 eggs | 
| 1-1lb roll sausage | 
2 cups shredded cheese | 
| salt & pepper to taste | 
1 cup salsa | 
| 1/4 cup each finely chopped green peppers, onions & mushrooms | 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; brown sausage, drain and crumble; cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with crescent rolls; cover with crumbled sausage; sprinkle green peppers, onions and mushrooms over sausage; beat eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste; pour over casserole; sprinkle cheese over egg mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Cool and serve with salsa.
