We had 12 in attendance for the Mother/Daughter Bouquets of Blessings Brunch.
The Teen Girls did a great job preparing and serving the food and wanted to share the recipes with you.
2 8oz. cream cheese |
2 cans crescent rolls |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg (separated) |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 cup sugar |
Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with 1 can crescent rolls. Beat egg yolk, sugar vanilla and cream cheese until blended. spread mixture over rolls. Top with 2nd can of rolls. Beat egg white until frothy. Spread over top layer of rolls. Blend 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over egg white. Top with almonds and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
